Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of the JC Scripts store and the digital products ("scripts") sold through it. By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms.

2. License

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script on servers you own or operate. Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing or publicly sharing the source or any protected files is prohibited.

All scripts are protected under cfx.re escrow. Attempting to bypass, crack or leak escrow protection terminates your license immediately.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Tebex, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time.

4. Updates & Support

Purchases include free updates for the acquired product. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through our Discord community.

5. Subscriptions

A subscription is a recurring licence, not a purchase. It is billed automatically each month through Tebex at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel it. Any promotional price applies to the first payment only; renewals are charged at the standard price.

You can cancel at any time and the subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Once it lapses, the licence to use the scripts it covered ends with it — unlike a single purchase, subscription access does not survive the subscription.

Scripts added to the catalog while your subscription is active are covered by it at no extra cost.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to revoke licenses for violations of these Terms.

7. Liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JC Scripts is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
